Our system is designed with some standard components such as drawers and baskets.

Our product arrives to you in knock down form. We apply suspension brackets, drawer and basket runners, direct dowels and through dowels to the panels. Fixed shelves have all cam locks in place. Toe kicks are prepped for quick installation. Floor based units have the wall cleat attached to the top and bottom shelves.

Are the drawers partially pre-assembled? |

No, the drawers are fully pre-assembled and only require the handles to be attached.

Can you describe your standard closet sections? |

Although there are some popular sections, such as double hang and long hang, we custom design each closet one at a time.
Doors and drawers are available in 18", 24", and 30" widths. There is no restriction on the height of a door.

We do not offer stock in a box systems. Our systems are designed to be installed by professionals and are manufactured to fit the space exactly.

Estimated installation time is indicated on each proosal. The installation time may vary based on your installer's level of experience. Usually it only takes one install to learn the basics, and every order is accompanied by a set of installation instructions as well as the closet design. Because Plus Closets systems are partially pre-assembled, the installation time is significantly reduced.

What power tools do I need to install Plus Closets? |

Before you begin installation, be sure you have the following tools:
- Tape Measure

- Cordless Drill
- Level
- Screwdriver
- Square Driver Bit
- Hammer
- 1/2" Counter sink and 1/4" drill bit - or a combination bit and a stud finder.
The only on site cutting would be a filler or crown moulding in which case you would need a miter box and saw.

How is your product shipped? |

We ship primarilly by Roadway Express, a common carier. Our packaging system has been engineered to minimize the possibility of damage and undergoes continuous improvement.

All systems are palletized on a 96" x 48" pallett that is sufficient to protect all vertical panels, which can be as long as 90".
